It is really important that you seek professional help if you are struggling or are going through any difficulties. Never be ashamed or shy to get help! Getting help is the first step to recovery, it might be scary but in the end you will be happy you reached out for help. I found b-eat a good and helpful website to go on when i was first diagnosed, I also found a helpline number on the website and rang. They were really nice and supportive, they just listened and didn't judge. I have linked two websites below which I found really helpful.
